Much to my dismay, I recently experienced extreme negligence from a travel agent (whom I will not name) was part of the group, whose actions completely undermined the spirit of hospitality. Thanks to the spontaneous intervention of Mr. Rajkumar Banewal, I received my refund today—something I had been chasing for the last three days.

Recovery of Long-Outstanding Funds: A Note of Thanks

I, Shobha Verma, a travel agent by profession, would like to share my recent experience with the entire travel fraternity.
A few days ago, I faced a very challenging situation. I had lent ₹95,000 to an individual based on trust; however, when the due date arrived, she neither returned the funds nor responded to my calls. With her phone switched off, I became deeply concerned about recovering my hard-earned money.

At that time, I consulted Mr. Rajeev Sanwariya, who kindly suggested that I contact Mr. Rajkumar Banewal, the President of The GTTA Association of India. Following his advice, I reached out for help.

I am truly grateful to share that Mr. Rajkumar Banewal and the GTTAA extended their full support and guidance. Thanks to their timely intervention and the strength of our industry network, I have successfully recovered the full amount of ₹95,000.
